It doesn't cover the 918Kiss app itself, WhatsApp or Telegram. Each of those has its own privacy policy.

What we collect

When you visit the site

You don't need to sign up or fill in a form to use our site. Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard technical records, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and when, to keep the site running and secure.

When you message us

When you contact us on WhatsApp or Telegram, we see your name and number on that service, and anything you choose to send us, such as a message, a screenshot or your login ID.

When you get an ID

To set up your 918Kiss ID, we ask for:

  • your name
  • a contact number
  • the name on the bank account you'll use, so your details match when you withdraw

What we never collect

  • Your password. You set it yourself, and nobody from our group will ever ask for it.
  • Your scam check answers. Our scam check runs entirely on your phone. Your answers are never sent to us or stored anywhere.

How we use your information

We use your information only to:

  • set up your ID and look after your account
  • answer your questions and help when something goes wrong
  • check reports of fake apps and warn other players (without sharing who reported them)
  • keep our site running and secure

We don't send promotional messages, and we never sell your personal data.

Who sees your information

Only two groups of people see the details you share for your ID:

  • our support team
  • the agent who sets up and looks after your ID

Agents in our network are independent individuals who have passed our checks. We share your details with your agent only so they can set up and look after your account.

We don't sell, rent or share your personal data with advertisers. We'll only disclose it to anyone else if the law requires us to.

Cookies and analytics

Right now, our site doesn't use analytics or advertising cookies.

If we add analytics in the future, we'll update this policy first and explain here what we use and why.

How long we keep it

  • Your ID details: for as long as your ID is active. After that, ask us and we'll delete them.
  • Your messages: only as long as we need them to help you. Ask us any time if you'd like them deleted.

How we protect it

We keep your details to the people who need them: our support team and your agent. We never ask for your password, and we take reasonable steps to keep your information safe. No method of storing or sending information is perfectly secure, but we treat your details with care.

Your rights

Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you can ask us to:

  • show you the personal data we hold about you
  • correct anything that's wrong or out of date
  • stop using or delete your data. If we no longer have your details, we may not be able to keep your ID running.

Other sites and apps

Our site links to WhatsApp, Telegram and the 918Kiss app download. When you use them, their own privacy policies apply, so it's worth reading those too.

Age

Our site and services are for people aged 21 and over. We don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone younger. If we find out we have, we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If a change is significant, such as adding analytics, we'll make it clear here.
